Talent Acquisition Manager Job in Milwaukee, WI

Overview of Talent Acquisition Manager Job

  • Full-time
  • 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
  • Starts January 2020 or February 2020
  • Pay is base plus monthly and quarterly bonus payouts

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Manage full-life cycle of the recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, and submission of licensed medical professionals)
  • Proven ability to: prioritize multiple of job requisitions, source on social media sites/recruiting platforms, negotiate compensation packages, and match a variety of clinician skill sets to job openings
