Responsibilities of Compliance Specialist

  • Ensures quality employee and client experience
  • Audit organizational compliance and resolves compliance issues in a timely manner; creating a solution and executing
  • Keep accurate electronic records for all clinicians in compliance with organization and client contract
  • Stay up-to-date with any regulatory action relevant to industry niche within the compliance role
  • Uphold polices and procedures
  • Ensure standards of service quality and performance are achieved and maintained
  • Independently tracks organization metrics and industry trends pertaining to compliance
