- 1 year experience in on-boarding
- 1 year experience working in healthcare industry

Responsibilities of Compliance Specialist
- Ensures quality employee and client experience
- Audit organizational compliance and resolves compliance issues in a timely manner; creating a solution and executing
- Keep accurate electronic records for all clinicians in compliance with organization and client contract
- Stay up-to-date with any regulatory action relevant to industry niche within the compliance role
- Uphold polices and procedures
- Ensure standards of service quality and performance are achieved and maintained
- Independently tracks organization metrics and industry trends pertaining to compliance
