Premier Employees – How You Can Check Your Pay Stub
Employees of Premier Medical Staffing Services can check access their electronic documents quickly and easily by logging into the Doculivery MyPay. This online tool is where you can check your pay stub and manage notifications. If you experience any issues with accessing your online pay stub information, please contact your Premier representative at 1-800-439-7012.
Starting on February 9, 2018, employees will access Doculivery MyPay for their online pay stubs.
Getting Started: Steps to Log Into MyPay for the First Time
Below are the steps for your first time access into MyPay to check your pay stubs. You can also download the 1-page PDF quick start guide for visual steps.
1.) On an Internet browser, go to doculivery.com/mypay
2.) Enter your User ID
What’s my User ID? During your first login, your User ID is the last 4 digits of your social security number (SSN) plus your 4 digit birth year plus the first 4 letters of your last name.
Example User ID: SSN 123-45-6789, born 1978, last name Smith = 67891978smit
3.) Enter your Password
What’s my Password? During your first login, your Password is the last 4 digits of your SSN plus your 4 digit birth year. You will be required to change your password upon initial login.
Example Password: SSN 123-45-6789, born 1978 = 67891978
4.) Click on the Log In Button
5.) Change Your Password. After login, change your password and make note of it for future reference. Premier Medical Staffing Services does not have access to your Password.
6.) Pay Stubs Tab. Click on the Pay Stubs tab on the main screen under your name on the left.
- This is where you will see a list of all pay dates for which you have a pay stub.
- To see the entire pay stub for a particular date, go to that row and click on the view icon on the left-hand side in the Click to View column.
7.) Set-Up Notifications. Click on the Pay Stubs tab on the main screen under your name on the left. On the right side, select the appropriate/button to set-up email or text message notifications of important messages. Your options include:
- Add email delivery option
- Add email notification
- Add text message notification
- Add detailed text messaging
Accessing Your Premier Pay Stub Online – Repeat User
After logging in for the first time into the Doculivery MyPay and changing your Password, you can now access your pay stubs from Premier Medical Staffing Services online anywhere you have Internet access. You can also change notifications on how you want to be alerted about important messages.
1.) On an Internet browser, go to doculivery.com/mypay
2.) Enter your User ID
3.) Enter your Password
Forgot your Password? Click on the link “Forgotten Password?” next to the Password text box.
4.) Click on the Log In Button
5.) Pay Stubs Tab. Click on the Pay Stubs tab on the main screen under your name on the left.
- This is where you will see a list of all pay dates for which you have a pay stub.
- To see the entire pay stub for a particular date, go to that row and click on the view icon on the left-hand side in the Click to View column.

1.) When do I get access to the new MyPay site?
Answer: Employees will have access to the new site, MyPay, on the first check date it goes live – Friday, February 9, 2018.
2.) What will happen to my pay stubs I received from Premier Medical Staffing Services prior to February 9?
Answer: Pay stubs received prior to February 9, 2018 will be transferred to the new site, MyPay. Before the transition is made on February 9, employees of Premier Medical Staffing Services will be able to see their pay stubs on ePayStub Access. Once the switch is made on February 9, employees will use MyPay to view all pay stubs.
3.) How do I set-up my MyPay account for the first time?
