Name: Laura Hanoski

Title: Owner, Managing Member

About: Laura co-founded Premier Medical Staffing Services (“Premier”) 17 years ago with her husband, Mark Hanoski. She is a nurse by trade and has worked in a variety of specialty areas as a pool nurse, including 6 years in orthopedics. Laura has a passion for healthcare and improving quality of life for patients. She oversees all the clinical aspects of Premier, from medication teaching to maintaining Joint Commission standards. She works alongside Mark to help grow and plan the future of Premier.

In 2017, Laura Hanoski started a non-profit called Heroes for Healthcare. This organization helps military transitioning to civilian life and Veterans find their career in healthcare. Learn more about Heroes for Healthcare >>

Fun Fact: Laura recently attended a Tony Robbins conference and walked across fire.



Name: Mark Hanoski

Title: Owner, Managing Member

About: Mark is an experienced manager with expertise in the understanding of the complexities in delivering health care services to the medical industry. Mark is versed in healthcare requirements and operational issues that face and challenge healthcare systems today such as the Affordable Care Act, cost containment, joint commission, census fluctuation and budget concerns. Sound clinical background, including 8 years of extensive professional experience as a healthcare professional, has helped Mark in his ability to see and understand the whole healthcare picture. His ongoing, long-term goal is to continue his professional growth in health care and to support his company by managing and creating unity within the organization for a better work environment and a smoother running organization.

Fun Fact: Mark originally went to college to become a professional piano player (Performance Major).




Name: Cherise Strzok

Title: Director of Operations

About: Cherise Strzok wears a multitude of hats in her leadership role managing operations as well as various client accounts in Therapy & Pharmacy in Southeastern Wisconsin. Cherise has been a family member growing with Premier since 2007. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism management from UW-Stout. Combined with years of management experience within restaurants and healthcare, Cherise brings an extensive knowledge in customer service experience and growth to leadership within the company.

Fun Fact: Cherise had participated in a Royalty Spaghetti Eating Contest where she was able to mow down a pound of spaghetti noodles in under 60 seconds!




Name: Tom Zinda

Title: Director of Physician Services

About: Tom Zinda has been in corporate recruitment since 1991. In the past 14 years, he has been in healthcare specifically. Tom’s work history includes a large healthcare system, continuing care, and family practice clinic environment. Name: Norissa DeVillers

Title: Community Development Manager

About: Norissa DeVillers started at Premier in 2014 as an Account Manager/Recruiter, and transitioned to the new role of Community Outreach Manager. Norissa’s primary role includes identifying and building community and education partnerships with technical schools and four-year universities and colleges that have nursing and allied health programs. She loves that part of her role consists of exhibiting at college and healthcare career fairs, attending professional conferences, participating in programmatic mock interviews, presenting in classroom settings, and hosting all-staff Lunch n’ Learns for School of Health faculty. Norissa does all this and more to create awareness and promote Premier Medical Staffing Services’s brand on local and traveling platforms for nursing and allied healthcare professionals. One of her favorite things to do is talk to new people. Norissa is passionate about the healthcare industry and helping others pursue their passions. She loves working for Premier where she can meet great people, talk about a great company, and help healthcare professionals find excellent opportunities to work in their fields.

Fun Fact: Norissa has a husband that is a UW-Madison, Wisconsin Badger, college sports fanatic. While picking names for their expected baby, the only girl name they could both agree on was Madison Wynn. And for awhile, he always joked, if they had a boy, he’d like the name “Vince” (after Vince Lombardi).




Name: Nicole Roost

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Region: Travel Nursing – All Specialties, Federal Government Specialist

About: Nicole has been a family member of Premier Medical Staffing Services since December 2012; coming to Premier with over 10 years of management and leadership experience. Nicole has a passion for helping others in any walks of life, and gets excited about meeting new people and learning about their life experiences. She has worked within the retail and food service industries, but she has a large family niche in the medical field. Nicole’s mom is an RN and 7 other family members have varying positions within the nursing industry.

Fun Fact: Nicole met her husband line dancing and loves to “cut a rug.” She has 2 pit bull dogs and loves the loyalty and family oriented nature that the breed offers.




Name: Kelly Foley, PHR

Title: Division Manager

Region: Travel Nursing – All Specialties

About: Prior to joining Premier Medical Staffing Services in 2012, Kelly spent several years recruiting, scheduling, and managing healthcare professionals in home health care settings. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at Cardinal Stritch University and recently received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. With Kelly’s combined healthcare knowledge and background in recruiting and human resources, she is able to establish close relationships with employees and clients. Her desire to find the best match for her clients is just as important as finding the best opportunity for her staff.

Fun Fact: Kelly was recently married in Door County. She is known to be the “cat lover” in the office, but not for long! She will be on her way to owning a husky very soon.

About: Cheryl brings with her more than 10 years progressive recruiting experience in all disciplines and environments within the healthcare industry. In her career to date, Cheryl’s exceptional interpersonal skills and compassion to help others have been just a couple of the reasons why her applicants enjoy working with her. Cheryl firmly believes there is a right fit for everyone seeking employment. About: Brianna is a local Wisconsin girl from Oak Creek and graduated from UW-Stout with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism and a Minor in Business Management. She has over 11 years of experience in Hotel and Retail Management with a passion for customer service, personal attention, and a drive to go the extra mile. Brianna spends her time with family and friends exploring the city, vacationing in Northern WI, and finding new restaurants and breweries to try. She loves to cook and ride her bike along the Milwaukee lakefront.

Name: Kate Rauwerdink

About: Kate Rauwerdink graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Business Administration. She has lived in Wisconsin her whole life and loves the fall season. As many Wisconsinites, Kate has a love-hate relationship with Wisconsin winters. She has over 8 years of experience assisting general dentists, as well as, orthodontists. What is Kate’s favorite part of being an Account Manager on the Premier Dental Team? It’s the interview process and chance to build relationships – both opportunities allow Kate to really get to know the dental professional. A person feels valued with their career specialist and employer when their professional and personal development needs are understood, according to Kate. Her passions include giving back to the community, making people feel valued, and creating a positive impact in the dental industry. When she isn’t working hard trying to find the right fit for a dental professional, you can find Kate kickboxing, spending time with her family, or watching baseball. About: Kenda was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She attended Marian University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources/Information Technology. Kenda is married and has 4 children. She has been recruiting in healthcare for over 2 years including focuses in life sciences (biopharmaceutical manufacturing), information technology, health insurance, engineering, and travel nursing. Kenda is now working on becoming an expert in correctional nursing and correctional pharmacy.

Name: Amanda Hanson

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Region: Acute Care

About: Prior to joining the Premier Medical Staffing Services team in 2016, Amanda was new to the recruiting world and being a recent graduate from Concordia University Wisconsin, she was eager to apply her knowledge to helping medical professionals. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences and has past experience in healthcare, customer service, and management. She was drawn to this position at Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC because of her outgoing personality and love for helping others be successful. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys being active, spending time with the ones she loves, and is a major dog lover.

Fun Fact: Amanda took her love for dogs and just recently made the decision to officially become a “dog mom” to a brand new English Bulldog puppy.




Name: Rich Zanon

About: Rich Zanon is a graduate of UW-Whitewater and brings program management and recruiting experience from both sides of the table – the client and professional service. Having an understanding of what a business wants and how it operates allows for Rich to provide the most efficient strategies that create tremendous value to managers and executives. When he’s not identifying and bringing solutions to his clients, you will find Rich playing volleyball, softball, brewing beer, and having amazing adventures with his wife and two young boys.

Fun Fact: Rich graduated as a licensed teacher and taught business and technology classes for two years. Experiences that he continues to draw from while working with different learning and communication styles of everyone he interacts with.



Name: Stephanie Brown

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About: Building relationships is important to Stephanie. As a Credentialing Coordinator of Premier Medical Staffing Services, she strived to make the onboarding as easy and smooth as possible for the candidate as it is a lengthy process. As a Staffing Recruiter and Account Manager the relationship is more than onboarding, it is that plus maintaining that relationship. Not only the relationship with the candidate but the client as well. Stephanie not only has an understanding of what the client needs as far as HR but also MATCHING their needs with the right candidate. Which in turn is stability and consistency for both the client and candidate. Stephanie has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Human Resources from Herzing University. She has been in the HR field for 5 years. She also worked for home health as the Human Resources Manager, as well as, the Scheduling Supervisor. Previously, Stephanie was a Operations Manager for a different staffing agency, so Premier is excited to have her experience as part of the team. She enjoys spending time with her baby girl, running outside in the summer, and playing tennis.

Fun Fact: Stephanie loves wine and dance! She created her own dance team in high school!




Name: Dan Lopez

Title: Client Manager

Region: Long-term Care

About: Dan Lopez is a motivated, hardworking family man. He enjoys spending his free time with his four children and playing basketball. Dan’s favorite sports team is the Milwaukee Bucks. He strives to provide the best healthcare talent for long-term care facilities in Wisconsin by creating a relationship based on communication, honesty, and strategies focused on goals for the organization.

Fun Fact: Dan isn’t a fan of cooking; however, every now and then he will cook his grandfather’s famous enchiladas recipe.



Name: Meghan Sullivan

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About: Meghan Sullivan was born and raised in sunny, southwest Florida where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ave Maria University. Throughout her college career, Meghan was a member of the varsity softball team. She has a strong passion in connecting the right nurses to the right assignments with a strong focus on Wisconsin and Illinois hospital needs. Meghan loves what she does because building relationships is something she prides herself in being able to successfully do, and what a better group of people to build relationships with than our nation’s healers – nurses! Outside of work, Meghan likes riding her bike to the gym, spending time with little ol’ Lacy, her dog, and volunteering at various non-profit events including Heroes for Healthcare. Also, Meghan is our company’s volleyball team captain!

Fun Fact: Meghan is a big Harry Potter fan with season passes to Harry Potter World in Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.




Name: Shannon Maass

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Region: Acute Care

About: Shannon Maass comes from a healthcare background as a medical technician in long-term care. She majored in Criminal Justice at Gateway Technical College but Shannon remained in the long-term care environment. She joined Premier Medical Staffing Services in 2017 with the passion to make a positive impact for clinicians. Throughout her time with Premier, Shannon has worked in the Corrections specialty and now is focused on major hospital systems in Wisconsin, Illinois, and nationwide. What motivates Shannon? She truly enjoys getting to know each healthcare professional who she works with. Relationship building is Shannon’s forte. When not building relationships with clinicians, Shannon cheers on the Green Bay Packers, and is a mom of 5 kids and 5 horses. You can find Shannon at the barn or on the trails when she is not at work.

Fun Fact: Shannon and her husband were married on Sanibel Island, FL where they now vacation with the kids.




Name: Katie Zingsheim

About: Katie Zinghseim is a mom of three fur babies. She is from Green Bay, Wisconsin, and grew up across the street from Lambeau Field, so she is a die hard Green Bay Packers fan. Katie’s favorite place to travel is Las Vegas, NV. She visits five to six times a year. Katie recently got married to her boyfriend of five years in September 2018. When she is not enjoying being newly married, Katie is researching the Travel Nursing industry as it is always changing. Katie enjoys the Travel industry as it is fast paced and always her to be creative. She is known to be up front and honest with her Travel employees and co-workers.

Name: Jerod Krueger

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Region: Travel Healthcare

About: Jerod grew up in upstate New York as a middle child. Being a very active child, he played in a lot of different sports and participated in several different programs that essentially molded who he is today. As Jerod got older, he knew that he wanted to join the military and serve my country. In late August 1996, Jerod joined the Marine Corps Reserve and began to attend community college to obtain a degree in law enforcement. In 2004, he transitioned to the U.S Army as an Infantryman and that is where Jerod would begin the amazing experience of active duty military career where he would spend most of his time training, deploying, and having the opportunity to lead Soldiers in and out of combat. In October 2006, he was blessed with his greatest gift, his daughter Jadyn. After 20+ years of service in Reserve and Active Duty, Jerod transitioned out of the Army in 2016. He began his recruiting career in the financial service industry then transitioned into healthcare recruiting in early 2018. Jerod and his wife, Laura, enjoy living in the tropical climate of Margate, Florida.




Name: Jon Gessay

Title: Compliance and Billing Manager

About: Jon Gessay has been working in the healthcare industry since 2004. He graduated with a Marketing degree from Waukesha County Technical College in 2008. By learning during past employment experiences, Jon strives to help streamline current processes to an automated process for an efficient outcome. On his off time, Jon enjoys playing a wide range of sports such as soccer, volleyball, golf, and bowling along with traveling.

Fun Fact: Mac ‘n’ Cheese, donuts, and peanut butter M&Ms are Jon’s kryptonite. He cannot resist against its powers.

About: Lyndi graduated with a BS from UW-Oshkosh. She was a gymnast her entire life until the age of 23. She has a husband, 2 teens and a dog. Lyndi is busy carting them around and coaching competitive gymnastics at night.

Name: Amanda Horvat

Title: Compliance Specialist

About: Amanda Horvat graduated from St. Ambrose University as a double major with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both History and Fine Art in 2009. Though the recession stopped her from pursuing a career within her field, Amanda discovered and explored the world of customer service in great depth and found that she loves helping people through research and providing them with all the resources she can find! Prior to working with Premier, Amanda Horvat worked for Apple and she’s still very passionate about the ever changing world of technology. When she’s not in the office, you can find Amanda discovering new fun things to do in the Milwaukee area with her husband and son, lost in a new book, or traveling back to Chicago.

Fun Fact: Though Amanda grew up in Illinois, she and her family are all Packers fans!




Name: Debbie Travanty

Title: On-Call Scheduler

About: Debbie Travanty is Premier Medical Staffing Services primary on-call scheduler. She is available for staff and clients during non-business hours. Debbie is a graduate of Carroll University with a double major in Business and Psychology. She lives in Waukesha, WI with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, attending their sports and activities, long walks and biking.

Fun Fact: As a teenager she modeled for retail store’s, featured in TV commercials and magazines.



Name: Jennifer Augustynowicz

Title: On-Call Scheduler

About: Jennifer has been employed with Aurora Health Care for 14 years. For the past 11 years, she has worked in Labor and Delivery in the Aurora Women’s Pavilion at the Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Jennifer grew up in Oak Creek and lives in Caledonia with her boyfriend of 12 years, Paul, their crazy, sweet, funny 8-year old son, Gavin, their cat, Jack, and their 2 Vizsla dogs, Mollie and Callie Rae.

Fun Fact: Jennifer and Paul are breeding their dog, Mollie, in 2017, and they can’t wait for all the puppy cuteness! Also, Mollie broke Jennifer’s knee in 2014, and it took over a year to heal! She still loves her, though!



Name: Meaghan Hoadley

Title: Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer

About: As a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a few years of marketing experience under her belt, Meaghan joins the Premier Medical Staffng Services family to help promote the Premier Experience! Bringing along her knowledge of advertising and some recruiting, as well as a passion for photography/videography, she brings an exciting energy to the Marketing Team.
