Overview of Recruiter Role
- Full-time
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, occasional nights and weekends
- Pay is base plus monthly commission payouts

- Be flexible, shifting to meet the needs of clients and candidates
- Be able to work full-time hours from the corporate office (Monday – Friday) and have some night and weekend availability to work from home (approximately 3-5 hours/week)
- Novice volleyball player or dog owner – This isn’t a requirement. We like to talk about our fun activities during interviews and you may hear about these two.
While not required, we strongly encourage applicants with previous customer service and/or sales experience to apply.
Responsibilities of Recruiters
- Finding and qualifying candidates, ensuring they are the best clinician for the job
- Ensuring the candidate’s buy-in prior to an interview with the client/facility
- Scheduling and facilitating on-site, phone, or virtual interviews between the client and the candidate
- Managing candidate expectations and holding them accountable to deadlines
- Maintaining all candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Communicating a candidate’s status to fellow TAMs and company managers
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future job opportunities
- Manage candidates while they are on assignment; be candidates’ main point of contact at Premier
- Asking for referrals and/or recommendations
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly performance metrics
- Providing candidates, colleagues and co-workers with the “Premier Experience”
