Courtney’s Experience
Courtney is a native of Northwest Louisiana, where grilling and gumbo are a way of life. Her passion for people led her to her first staffing position in 2015. With experience across a variety of industries, she found her niche in healthcare recruitment and loves connecting great talent with amazing teams. Courtney enjoys working alongside leaders in the healthcare industry to ensure that purpose and care align with the needs of the community.
She is a proud mother of three, each achieving their own unique successes—her son’s decision to join the Navy, her eldest daughter’s accomplishments in softball, and her youngest’s love of dance. In her free time, Courtney enjoys lake days, cooking, sports, all things music, and spending time with her two double-doodles, Oscar and Octavia.
