With over a decade of experience in operations management and a deep commitment to supporting military families, Crystal serves as Premier’s Technology Operations Analyst and leads our involvement in the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) program. She plays a pivotal role in enhancing our technological frameworks, managing our tech stack, and working with AI and automation tools. As a dedicated military spouse, Crystal understands the unique challenges faced by military families, particularly in pursuing stable and fulfilling careers. This insight fuels her passion for advocacy and active involvement in not only the MSEP program, but also in Veterati and ACP where she serves as a mentor.
