Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit

Premier offers competitive salaries tailored to your clinical specialty and assignment location. Additionally, you can earn completion bonuses for specific assignments, increasing your overall compensation package.
Referral Bonus
Your referrals are invaluable to us – they help us connect with talented healthcare professionals like yourself. For each of your referrals that completes a 13-week assignment, you’ll receive $500. The best part? There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can submit nor do you have to be an employee of Premier to reap the benefits.
Loyalty Program
We believe in rewarding loyalty. Earn a bonus for every consecutive assignment you take with us, as long as you don’t take more than a 30-day break between assignments. You’ll receive $250 after your first assignment, and $500 for each following consecutive assignment. Contact your recruiter for more information on the bonus breakdowns.

Health insurance starts on Day 1 for full-time employees on a 3-month assignment. See below for a breakdown of the insurance offered
- Medical Insurance: Offered through UnitedHealthcare, employees can choose between a PPO plan or a High Deductible Health Plan with HSA.
- Dental Insurance: PPO plan offered through Delta Dental of WI
- Vision Insurance: Coverage offered through Delta Dental of WI (DeltaVision)
- Disability Insurance: 100% sponsored coverage for short-term and long-term disability offered through The Hartford
- Life Insurance: 100% sponsored coverage for basic life insurance offered through The Hartford

Enhance your clinical skills with our Continued Education Reimbursement program. After working 1,050 hours within a calendar year, you’re eligible for a $150 reimbursement to support your ongoing learning and professional growth.
