Laura Hanoski
Owner, Managing Member
18 years ago Laura co-founded Premier Medical Staffing Services (“Premier”), a Wisconsin Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise, with her husband, Mark Hanoski. Laura is a nurse by trade and has worked in a variety of specialty areas as a pool nurse, including 6 years in orthopedics. She has a passion for healthcare and improving quality of life for patients. Laura oversees all the clinical aspects of Premier, from medication teaching to maintaining Joint Commission standards. She works alongside Mark to help grow and plan the future of Premier. In 2017, Laura Hanoski started a non-profit called Heroes for Healthcare. This organization helps military personnel transition to civilian life and Veterans find their career in healthcare. Learn more by visiting heroesforhealthcare.org

Mark Hanoski
Owner
Mark is an experienced manager with expertise in the understanding of the complexities in delivering health care services to the medical industry. Mark is versed in healthcare requirements and operational issues that face and challenge healthcare systems today such as the Affordable Care Act, cost containment, joint commission, census fluctuation and budget concerns. Sound clinical background, including 8 years of extensive professional experience as a healthcare professional, has helped Mark in his ability to see and understand the whole healthcare picture. His ongoing, long-term goal is to continue his professional growth in healthcare and to support his company by managing and creating unity within the organization for a better work environment and a smoother running organization.
Mark originally went to college to become a professional piano player (Performance Major).

Cherise Strzok
Director of Operations
Cherise Strzok wears a multitude of hats in her executive leadership role managing operations of Premier Medical Staffing Services. She has been a family member growing with Premier since 2007. Cherise began her career at Premier holding a dual role of Account Management in Therapy & Pharmacy; working in business development, client management, as well as recruiting establishing/maintaining relationships with over 150 hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities and private practice groups through-out the Midwest. She began managing daily operations for the company in February of 2014 and transitioned into her role as Director of Operations in December of 2016. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism management from UW-Stout. Combined with years of management experience within restaurants and healthcare, Cherise brings an extensive knowledge in the elevated customer service experience, leadership and business acumen.
Cherise had participated in a Royalty Spaghetti Eating Contest where she was able to mow down a pound of spaghetti noodles in under 90 seconds!

Kelly Foley
Corporate Recruiting & Education Manager
Prior to joining Premier Medical Staffing Services, Kelly spent several years recruiting, scheduling, and managing healthcare professionals. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at Cardinal Stritch University along with her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. With Kelly’s combined healthcare knowledge and background in recruiting and HR, she is able to assist the corporate team in the on-boarding process as well as additional professional development opportunities for our corporate staff.
She is known to be the “cat lover” in the office, however, she also owns a husky.

Lindsay DeGroot
Senior Division Manager
Lindsay is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Her role as Division Manager at Premier Medical Staffing Services is a great fit for Lindsay given her precise communication skills and penchant for relationship building with her staff and clientele.

Brianna Kramer
Division Manager
Brianna is a local Wisconsin girl and graduated from UW-Stout with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism and a Minor in Business Management. She has experience in Hotel and Retail Management with a passion for customer service, personal attention, and a drive to go the extra mile. Brianna spends her time with family and friends exploring the city, vacationing in Northern WI, and finding new restaurants and breweries to try. She loves to cook and ride her bike along the Milwaukee lakefront.
Brianna is a great cook. She can take any dish or leftover and make it into a gourmet feast!

Rich Zanon
Division Manager
Rich is a graduate of UW-Whitewater and brings program management and recruiting experience from both sides of the table – the client and professional service. Having an understanding of what a business wants and how it operates allows for Rich to provide the most efficient strategies that create tremendous value to managers and executives. When he’s not identifying and bringing solutions to his clients, you will find Rich playing volleyball, softball, brewing beer, and having amazing adventures with his wife and two young boys.
Rich graduated as a licensed teacher and taught business and technology classes for two years.

Client Manager
John comes to Premier with 5 years of recruitment experience and 30 years of management experience in the service industry. He strives to incorporate his leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills into any role he is in; and believes communication is the key piece to any successful team. He enjoys music from Johnny Cash to Mozart, any WI sporting event, movies of all genres, and spending time with family and friends. John is here to ensure his clients enjoy the adventure of the healthcare industry and build a long-lasting professional relationship.
John gets a kick out of making others laugh and is always quick to drop an "Anchorman" quote (we’re sure his home is full of mahogany and leather bound books)

Molly DiBrito
Client Manager
Molly joins Premier with 18+ years of healthcare experience, both as an ICU Registered Nurse and also in clinic management. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Carroll University. Molly is married, a mom to four amazing kids and has a rescue dog named Oliver. Outside of her work days, she loves to travel, listen to live music, and spend time with her family. Molly is also a dedicated Milwaukee Brewers fan and attends many games during the season. Her role as a Client Manager is a great fit to the Premier team that will use both her Nursing and management backgrounds.

Amanda Padilla
Lead Talent Acquisition Manager
Prior to joining Premier Medical Staffing Services, Amanda was new to the recruiting world and being a recent graduate from Concordia University Wisconsin, she was eager to apply her knowledge to helping medical professionals. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences and has past experience in healthcare, customer service, and management. She was drawn to this position at Premier because of her outgoing personality and love for helping others be successful. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys being active, spending time with the ones she loves, and is a major dog lover.
Amanda is a “dog mom” to an English Bulldog named Bane.

Stephanie Brown
Lead Talent Acquisition Manager
Building relationships is important to Stephanie.She has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Human Resources from Herzing University. Stephanie has experience in the HR field in industries such as home health. Previously she was an Operations Manager for a different staffing agency, so Premier is excited to have Stephanie's experience as part of the team. She enjoys spending time with her baby girl, running outside in the summer, and playing tennis.

Janelle Barnett
Talent Acquisition Manager
Janelle Barnett graduated from Bob Jones University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education. She spent the first part of her professional career teaching in Greenville, SC then moved back to Wisconsin. Knowing that Janelle truly cares about people, providing nurses with opportunities that meet their skillset is importance to her. Coaching and providing support are top priorities for Janelle. In her free time, Janelle likes working out, writing, mentoring others to become more self-aware, and spending family time.

Kenda Qualman
Talent Acquisition Manager
Kenda was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She attended Marian University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources/Information Technology. Kenda is married and has 4 children. She has experience recruiting in healthcare including focuses in life sciences (biopharmaceutical manufacturing), information technology, health insurance, engineering, and travel nursing. Kenda is now working on becoming an expert in correctional nursing and correctional pharmacy.
Kenda is a foodie! She loves going out to eat and trying new things.

Liz Tronnier

Liz comes to Premier with account management and human resources experience. One of her favorite things is connecting with people who have a passion for healthcare and who genuinely love helping others. It’s all about discovering people’s dreams and matching them with assignments that will allow them to grow and do their very best work. When not looking to grow the amazing talent pool at Premier, Liz enjoys hanging out with her family and friends at the Milwaukee County Zoo and all the various festivals in the greater Milwaukee area.

Erik Thorne
Talent Acquisition Manager
Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Erik has had 4 years of experience from a very diverse set of roles. He’s recruited project managers, marketing managers, recruiting coordinators, admin. assistants, customer service reps and even taxi drivers! He is a dedicated and dynamic recruiter who enjoys nurturing professional relationships and helping qualified people find jobs. He enjoys coaching basketball at his alma mater grade school and high school, music and traveling.
Erik is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for a band called The Pontooners. They play fun, happy music that could be described as “perfect for a beach party”

Brandon Bobb
Talent Acquisition Manager
Brandon graduated UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and has had a wide range of experiences. After college he worked in recruiting and quickly fell in love with the aspect of helping others find their perfect career. He recruited for roles such as Merchandisers, Warehouse Workers and even Truck Drivers! Brandon also had some healthcare experience thanks to an internship during college working with a Mobility Company. Brandon loves sports, rock climbing and having a good laugh with friends!
Brandon was a racing sausage with the Milwaukee Brewers for 2 summers, unfortunately he never won the race but taking pictures with the fans was his favorite part!

Lance Sands
Talent Acquisition Manager
Lance came to Premier with 21 years in the healthcare field - 14 of those were spent with the Army working in Combat Support Hospitals and as a Line Medic and on Forward Surgical Teams. Additionally, on civilian side, he’s worked in Surgery, ER, and Outpatient Clinics. Lance has also worked with Premier’s non-profit, Heroes for Healthcare, during his transition from the Army and has also served as a board member. He was drawn to recruiting based on his love to help others using his knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry. Outside of the office Lance plays competitive soccer, loves to golf, and enjoys spending time with his 2 children exploring new things and places around the Milwaukee Area.

Bryanna Wade-Gardner
Talent Acquisition Manager
Bryanna is a mother of 3 beautiful children who are the wind beneath her wings. She graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and is studying for her Master’s. Prior to coming to Premier, she was a sales specialist for Cadillac. She is very passionate about helping others in any way that she can and building relationships while doing so.

Ashley was born and raised in Wisconsin, went to school at UW-Stout and graduated with a Business Degree from MATC. She has several years of experience in the restaurant industry, in running a small business in the lighting industry and sales leadership experience in the steel industry. She is very excited to be a part of the Premier family - coming from a family of healthcare professionals, she has great respect for the industry. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys running, movies and TV, art, and spending time with her family. She is a huge dog lover!

Tegan was born and raised in Madison, WI and is a recent graduate of Carroll University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership with a minor in both Marketing and Communications. Coming from a family a medical professionals, she is very excited to meet and grow with the Premier team. Tegan started her professional career in hospitality working as a cook and bartender. She grew her professional career with multiple roles at her university and in HR before coming to Premier. In her free time Tegan enjoys going to the gym, writing music, and traveling.

Carrie Weber
Talent Acquisition Manager
Building genuine and long-lasting relationships by providing excellent customer service is at the core of what Carrie loves doing at Premier Medical Staffing Services. While completing her degree in radio and television broadcast she discovered she enjoyed connecting with people and hearing their unique life stories. At Premier, she helps Medical Professionals write the story of a successful career that truly makes an impact on the lives of those they meet. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active, cooking and baking, watching movies (Academy Award winners and Razzies alike), traveling, and of course spending time with her cat and Zen Master, Stu.

Noelle has joined the Premier family with 15+ years of recruiting experience. Previously, she serviced the community as a Regional Recruiting Manager, covering multiple states, for a Supply Chain company. Building relationships and changing lives is her driving force. She is highly motivated and a hardworking mother of 4, with 1 son-in-love and 1 grandson who she adores. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & her Shih Tzu, Ms. Bailey. In addition, you may find her in a roller rink near you as she enjoys roller skating in the JB style.
Noelle is the Praise & Worship Leader of New Life Christian Fellowship Church and has been in multiple theater plays. She has been cast in her 1st movie role called “Christmas Love” and is often mistaken for Tasha from the Starz show “Power”

Amy was born and raised in Washington State before relocating to Milwaukee, WI. She graduated from Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and comes to Premier Medical with over 10 years of retail management experience. She is passionate about helping others grow and reach their career aspirations which led her to pursue a career in recruiting. Amy is a dog-lover (she has an Australian Shepard/Blue Heeler) and a traveling football fan!

Sarah graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Care Administration. She grew up in a small town outside of Jefferson, WI on a hobby farm where she raised animals to show at the local county fair. Her favorite things to do outside of work are walking her rescue dog, Luna, watching crime-dramas, listening to music, and exploring breweries throughout Wisconsin and nationwide.

Amy is a Minnesota native, attending UW-Stout for her Undergraduate Degree in Human Development and U of M-Twin Cities for her Graduate Degree in Education. Amy comes to Premier with 20+ years of experience working in education, with the majority of her experience working in management, training, and adult-education. Amy’s experience supports her passion for building relationships and is excited to bring that to the Premier Team. One of Amy’s favorite activities is to be out on the lake with her husband and two children.

Regina Jones
Recruiting Assistant & Scheduler
Regina has been on a healthcare career path for the last 20 years, working as a clinician and now getting to sit on the other side of the table. She is always ready to learn something new and wanting to grow with the company she is involved in. When she is not at work she is spending time with her 4 children and getting them prepared for the world. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking and horseback riding. She is not afraid to go out and get what she wants out of life!

Roxanne is attending Kaplan University for her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. She is an active member of the Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA). Roxanne enjoys taking her old son to swim classes, car shows, and STEM programs in the Greater Milwaukee area.

Brenda Denk
Compliance Specialist
Brenda is a graduate of UW-Whitewater and has a BBA in Human Resources Management. She has a rich background in healthcare, mainly focused with practice plan management. The Compliance specialist role is a perfect fit for her talents and experiences. Brenda is a good listener and enjoys drawing people out. She has two ‘grown’ children - one who currently attends college and the second finishing up high school.

Mark Cerwin
Business Development Manager
Upon graduation from Marquette University, Mark began his extensive career in sales and business development where he could combine his enthusiasm to meet new people and help solve their problems at the same time. His role at Premier Medical Staffing Services is to attain new and exciting clinical opportunities and locations for our great staff to provide their best care. A strong advocate of Animal Assisted Therapy, Mark has either had his dogs or helped others gain certification to provide love to people of all ages.

Lyndi Mirkes
Billing and Payroll Specialist
Lyndi graduated with a BS from UW-Oshkosh. She was a gymnast her entire life until the age of 23. She has a husband, 2 teens and a dog. Lyndi is busy carting them around and coaching competitive gymnastics at night.

Jenny Augustynowicz
Billing and On-Call Specialist
Jenny has been employed with Aurora Health Care for 14 years. For the past 11 years, she has worked in Labor and Delivery in the Aurora Women’s Pavilion at the Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Jennifer grew up in Oak Creek and lives in Caledonia with her boyfriend, Paul, their crazy, sweet, funny son, Gavin, their cat, Jack, and their 2 Vizsla dogs, Mollie and Callie Rae.
Mollie broke Jenny's knee in 2014, and it took over a year to heal! She still loves her, though!

On-Call Scheduler
As On-Call Scheduler, Debbie is available for staff and clients during non-business hours. She is a graduate of Carroll University with a double major in Business and Psychology. Debbie lives in Waukesha, WI with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, attending their sports and activities, long walks, and biking.
As a teenager she modeled for retail stores, featured in TV commercials and magazines.

Marketing Manager
Janelle is the Marketing Manager at Premier Medical Staffing Services. What gets her up every morning is the variety of branding projects her team creates and executes that showcase Premier's Core Values and the Premier Experience. Previously, Janelle worked in marketing for a marketing agency, assisted living corporation, and commercial real estate firm. She graduated from UW-Eau Claire and her love for hot chocolate is endless.

Norissa DeVillers
Event Marketing Representative
Norissa started as a recruiter with Premier Medical Staffing Services then transformed her customer service and devotion to helping people into the role of Event Marketing Representative. She networks with healthcare students, professionals, and associations to provide resources on healthcare contract jobs, career development, and more. Norissa graduated from UW-La Crosse and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog.

Meaghan Hoadley
Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer
As a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a few years of marketing experience under her belt, Meaghan joins the Premier Medical Staffing Services family to help promote the Premier Experience! Bringing along her knowledge of advertising and some recruiting, as well as a passion for photography/videography, she brings an exciting energy to the Marketing Team.

Crafting honest, engaging communication pieces that speak to a variety of audience types is what gets her up and going in the morning.
