Joint Commission Certification in Healthcare Staffing
Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC has a Joint Commission Certification in Health Care Staffing. Our goal is to always provide Client with a consistent level of service. If for any reason Client is dissatisfied with Premier’s service or the service provided by one of Premier’s healthcare professionals, Client is encouraged to contact the local manager to discuss the issue. Premier has processes in place to resolve client complaints in an effective and efficient manner. If the resolution does not meet Client expectation, we encourage you to call the Premier corporate office at (800) 439 – 7012. A corporate representative will work with you to resolve your concern. Any individual or organization that has a concern about the quality and safety of patient care delivered by Premier healthcare professionals, which has not been addressed by Premier management, is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission at www.jointcommission.org or by calling the Office of Quality Monitoring at 630-792-5636.

Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is pleased to announce that it has received an Outstanding Large Business Award in the 2020 MARKETPLACE Governor’s Awards competition. Given out annually, the MARKETPLACE Governor’s Awards seek to recognize outstanding Wisconsin businesses that are owned by minorities, women and service-disabled veterans. Winning businesses must have a proven history of pursuing contracts with state, federal and local agencies, as well as corporations. The focus that we put on our healthcare staff and understanding what they are looking for in work is the key to our continued growth. Our growth rate 2017 over 2015 was 62.50% making us the 8th highest percentage of growth out of 21 businesses in Southeastern Wisconsin.
