Alex’s Experience
Alex comes to Premier with five years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specializing in allied professionals. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with her clinicians and takes the time to truly understand what matters most to them in both their careers and personal goals.
Before transitioning into recruiting, Alex worked as an anesthesia technician at a Level I trauma facility, giving her firsthand insight into the fast-paced healthcare environment and the professionals she now supports. For her, recruiting is about more than just filling roles—it’s about creating meaningful, lasting matches that benefit everyone involved.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her fur baby, Odie.
