With a strong foundation in operations management and a passion for using technology to improve how teams work and deliver results, Crystal serves as Premier’s Technology Platform and Partnership Strategist – functioning at the intersection of systems strategy, vendor collaboration, and platform optimization. In her role, she oversees Premier’s tech stack, identifies integration opportunities, and leads the evaluation and implementation of AI and automation tools that streamline workflows and enhance scalability across departments.

Crystal also plays a key role in creating strategic relationships with technology partners and vendors, ensuring Premier’s digital infrastructure evolves in alignment with business goals and user needs.

Beyond her tech focus, Crystal is a dedicated military spouse and a committed advocate for military families. She leads Premier’s involvement in the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) program and serves as a mentor through Veterati and American Corporate Partners (ACP), offering career guidance and support to fellow spouses navigating transitions.

Crystal brings a unique blend of technical fluency and human-centered insight to her work, helping Premier grow as both a tech-forward organization and a champion for military-connected professionals.
