Heather was born and raised in a small town in Illinois. Before joining Premier Medical Staffing Services, she was a 911 dispatcher and had spent 2 years in healthcare recruiting before that.  Recruiting is where Heather’s heart is; she loves being a recruiter and helping others be successful (it’s a natural fit for her outgoing and caring personality). Outside of work, she’s a mother to two boys who own her heart. Heather also loves listening to live music, volunteering, and making new memories with the people she loves.
