Monica is a seasoned healthcare recruiter with 16 years of experience exclusively working with travel nurses and allied professionals. A proud Texas native, Monica was born and raised in Florence and earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with double minors in chemistry and history from Texas A&M University. She and her husband share a love for outdoor adventures—riding motorcycles, swimming, boating, gardening, and discovering hidden beachside bookshops. As proud parents of two daughters, Monica and her husband are adjusting to the joys of empty nesting with the help of their three spirited Yorkies.
