Prior to joining Premier Medical Staffing Services, Westscot spent 11 years in the healthcare staffing industry, progressing from recruitment roles into leadership positions. His background in athletics, customer service, and sales, combined with having family members in healthcare, made this industry a natural fit and fueled his passion for connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities.

Outside of work, Westscot enjoys staying active through hockey, golf, and basketball. Most importantly, he values spending quality time with his family and creating lasting memories with those closest to him.
